Meet Your Pet’s Groomer

Sarah’s lifelong love for animals was what lead her to her career in the pet industry. Sarah began her working life at a boarding kennel and cattery at 14 years old. After a few years of working there, she decided her favourite jobs were tending to the cats and bathing and grooming the dogs when it was time for them to go home.

Sarah began her grooming journey in 2007, and in 2008, Sarah attended TAFE to gain her Certificate 3 in Companion Animal Studies and Grooming. Since then, Sarah has worked at grooming salons in Brisbane, Gympie, Canberra and the Gold Coast, attending many workshops and seminars and learning valuable skills along the way.
Sarah has competed in several grooming competitions around Australia and has earned several awards including:

This passion has now led Sarah to open a little home salon to call her own; Cheeky Chops Pet Grooming.
